Charlotte Steed

Charlotte Steed is an experienced acupuncturist, reflexologist and nutritional therapist.  Since qualifying  in acupuncture from  the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, she has developed a busy private practice, whilst pursuing post-graduate studies.

Charlotte treats a very wide range of conditions, including headaches, migraines, asthma, sinusitis and digestive disorders.   She also has  experience in practising  cosmetic acupuncture for facial rejuvenation.  Charlotte has a particular interest in fertility, gynaecology, pregnancy and paediatrics, and has done extensive post-graduate studies in this field.  She treats men, women, babies and children.

Charlotte has worked at the Zita West Clinic, as a gynaecology and obstetrics acupuncturist.  She has researched the role of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility, and written for The National Endometriosis Society.  She is also a member of the Acupuncture Network  for Fertility and Pregnancy.  She works with men and women seeking help with fertility, whether naturally or in conjunction with western fertility treatment, such as IVF, IUI or ICSI.

Charlotte is also a Member of the Acupuncture and Childbirth Team in London.    She uses acupuncture to promote a health pregnancy and natural birth.  Having had experience in providing acupuncture for pain relief and labour induction in a hospital labour ward, she works closely with midwives and medical professionals, and supports an integrated approach to medicine.

 

Charlotte works Mondays 8am-noon and Tuesdays 3-9pm.
