Angela Myoko Lapadula is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with over 20 years experience. She originally trained in shiatsu in 1992 at the School of Shiatsu at Enso-ji, a Zen monastery in Milan, Italy.
 
In 1994 she moved to London where she studied auricular acupuncture and became a supervisor and instructor at the Yuan Clinic and College of Traditional Medicine.  Having graduated in acupuncture in 1999 and in Chinese herbal medicine in 2000, from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, she worked for many years at the Yuan Clinic under the tutelage of the well-known acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, John Tindall.
 
In 2002, Angela also did post-graduate studies in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at Zhejiang Hospital in Huangzhou, China, where she specialised in gynaecology, paediatrics and dermatology.
 
Angela has a wide range of experience working for the NHS in the field of HIV, Hep C, addiction and mental health.  She subsequently specialised in the field of gynaecology, fertility and IVF, and has supported many couples through their fertility journey and throughout their pregnancy.
 
Angela also practises Qi Gong and has run retreats and workshops on meditation and Qi Gong at San-Bo-Ji, a Zen Buddhist monastery in Parma, Italy.
